About Bandos chestplate
The Bandos chestplate is the body piece of the Bandos set and the best strength-bonus body armour in Old School RuneScape, dropped by General Graardor in the God Wars Dungeon and requiring 65 Defence to wear. Its combination of high defence and a strong strength bonus makes it the standard best-in-slot melee body for PvM and PvP alike. Because nearly every serious melee player needs one, the chestplate is one of the most consistently demanded high-value armour pieces in the game, and its price is a reliable indicator of the overall strength of the melee gear market. It is almost always a player's first or second Bandos purchase.
