This is a Torva platebody in the broken state it is obtained in from Nex deep inside the Ancient Prison. It cannot be worn until repaired: at level 90 Smithing the damaged body must be combined with two Bandosian components, which are made by breaking down Bandos chestplates and tassets at the Ancient Forge. The restoration is permanent, cannot be reversed, and momentarily drains the smith's Strength and Prayer.
