About Torva platebody

The Torva platebody is part of the Torva armour set, requiring level 80 Defence and offering the highest strength bonus of any body-slot equipment, two above the oathplate chest and Bandos chestplate. As a Zarosian item it protects against Zaros's followers in the God Wars Dungeon. It is restored from a damaged platebody dropped by Nex plus two Bandosian components at level 90 Smithing, a process that temporarily drains Strength and Prayer.
