Duel Arena, Warriors' Guild, and Last Man Standing
Minigames guide · Updated September 2025
Three combat minigames fill the gaps between boss runs: the Duel Arena for staking, the Warriors' Guild for defenders, and Last Man Standing for battle-royale PvP.
Duel Arena (teleport 0, 3370, 3270)
The classic staking arena - challenge a player to a staked duel, set the rules (no prayers, no food, melee only, or whatever you agree on), and the winner takes the pot. It is the purest test of PvP skill on the server: no risk of wildy interference, clean rules, and a winner-takes-all stake.
Warriors' Guild (teleport 7, 2879, 3546)
The defender grind - a guild of combat trials where you earn tokens to unlock the defender line from bronze to dragon. The dragon defender is the best off-hand until a dragonfire shield or spirit shield, and the guild is the only source.
The guild also has the shot-put room and cyclops farming - a self-contained combat loop that rewards grinding.
Last Man Standing (teleport 9, 3407, 3181)
Battle royale: drop into a shrinking arena with nothing, scavenge for gear, and the last player standing wins. It is the zero-stakes way to practice PvP - every match resets your inventory, so losses cost nothing but time.
The reward track pays for wins; the practice it gives for real PvP is the better prize.
Picking the right one
Duel Arena when you want a fair, rule-controlled fight with a stake on the line. Warriors' Guild when you want a progression unlock - the defender is the reward, not the activity. LMS when you want PvP reps with zero inventory risk.
- Duel Arena: bring your own gear, win theirs.
- Warriors' Guild: grind tokens, buy defenders.
- LMS: loot as you go, last player standing wins.
Where they fit in progression
These are the between-content spaces: LMS for warming up before a wildy run, Warriors' Guild for the defender you need before barrows, Duel Arena for settling a score. None of them are mandatory, but all three pay out in skill or gear that carries into the real bosses.
The defender grind explained
Warriors' Guild tokens buy access to the cyclops room upstairs, where cyclopes drop defenders in sequence - bronze through dragon. You must equip each tier before the next drops, so the grind is sequential: kill for bronze, equip it, kill for iron, and so on to dragon.
On a PvP server the dragon defender is the mid-game offhand of choice for melee pures and mains alike - the offensive bonuses are unmatched until the avernic defender or a spirit shield.
Staking safely
Duel Arena stakes are final - there is no undo, no referee, no appeals. The rules screen shows exactly what is allowed, and smart stakers re-read it every match because a missed checkbox is how fortunes are lost.
On this server the arena is also the honour system for PvP debts: settle disputes with a stake, not a wildy chase.
