Oak logs are logs cut from an oak tree, a low-to-mid-level Woodcutting resource in Old School RuneScape. They require level 15 Woodcutting to obtain and are used in Firemaking, Fletching, and Construction. Players burn oak logs for Firemaking experience, fletch them into oak bows and stocks, or turn them into oak planks at the sawmill for Construction training. Because oak trees are common and grow quickly, oak logs are a popular training resource for low-to-mid-level players working on multiple skills at once. Oak logs are often the first member logs that new players cut in bulk for Firemaking or Construction preparation.
