Reading it permanently unlocks a Xerician-themed Home Teleport animation override called Leagues I - Twisted, which is enabled through the spellbook's Animation option on the Home Teleport icon, and the scroll is consumed in the process. Reading another copy simply reports the animation is already unlocked. This tradeable scroll is valued at 25,000 gp.
