About Arcane prayer scroll
The arcane prayer scroll is a tradeable reward from the Chambers of Xeric raid that permanently unlocks the Augury prayer, the best magic offensive prayer in the game. Augury provides +25% magic attack, +25% magic defence, and +25% magic damage — a massive boost that makes the scroll effectively mandatory for serious magic users. Because it is consumed on use and only obtainable from raids, the arcane prayer scroll commands an enormous price supported by every player who has not yet unlocked the prayer. It is one of the few items where the price is justified entirely by a permanent account upgrade that lasts forever.
