Using it on an ornate rejuvenation pool in a player-owned house restyles the pool with a fiery Leagues IV: Trailblazer Reloaded theme. Unlike most unlock scrolls it is not destroyed forever, since reverting the pool to its original appearance returns the scroll, so the makeover can be swapped freely.
