Steel locks are a members-only reward from steel chests in the Shades of Mort'ton minigame. Taking them to Dampe alongside a coffin creates a steel coffin, a process that can be undone with the coffin's Remove-lock option. Players cannot attach the locks themselves; trying produces a message directing them to Dampe for help. Examine: Perhaps someone can do something with this. With a Grand Exchange value of 1,600 gold coins, they are a niche minigame item.
