About Squid paste
Squid paste is a members-only ingredient made by crushing raw swordtip or jumbo squids, caught via lantern harpooning, with a pestle and mortar. It is used to produce a haemostatic poultice, the penultimate step toward haemostatic dressings, and Wesley will not crush raw squid for players. Its examine text reads: A paste made by crushing squid. With a Grand Exchange value of only 100 gold coins, it is a cheap intermediate for players making their own medical supplies.
