The Squid beak is a members-only item used to create wooden blowpipes. It is occasionally obtained while cutting raw swordtip and jumbo squids, and when rolled on a chum spreader the player can receive up to four beaks in a single tick. Offcuts drop to the floor if the inventory is full. Its examine text is simply: The beak of a squid. With a Grand Exchange value of 5,000 gold coins, it is a modest by-product of squid cutting.
