About Skull of Vet'ion

The skull of Vet'ion is a drop from Vet'ion and Calvar'ion in the Wilderness that is used to upgrade Thammaron's sceptre into the accursed sceptre. Players with 85 Crafting can combine the two themselves, while others can pay Phabelle Bile in Ferox Enclave 500,000 coins to do it. The process can be reversed by dismantling the weapon. It is a members-only item with a value of 80,000 coins.
