Higher-tier chests — and a worn ring of wealth — improve the chance of receiving it. Reading the scroll permanently unlocks the ability to craft swampbark armour from splitbark armour, a sought-after upgrade for mid-level magic gear. The scroll carries a guide value of around 400 coins.
