Rubium splinters are unstable members-only resources mined from rubium rocks in the Charred Dungeon on Charred Island at 48 Mining, or broken down from rubium geodes at level 68. Ten splinters and two of any smithable cannonball can be worked at an anvil into two incendiary cannonballs, which can set targets alight when fired from a ship's cannon. Handle them carefully — they are unstable. Each splinter is valued at about 15 coins.
