Players with level 90 Crafting make these at a furnace using a gold bar, an onyx gem, and an amulet mould. Once strung, it can be enchanted into the powerful Amulet of fury. Because unstrung amulets are a step in the jewellery-making process, the Onyx amulet (u) is traded by players training Crafting or preparing high-level enchanted jewellery. Stringing the amulet requires a ball of wool, a simple step that completes the piece before enchanting. Unstrung amulets are often sold by players training Crafting through jewellery production.
