The dragon platelegs are the leg piece of dragon armour, dropped by various high-level monsters and requiring 60 Defence to wear. They were once the best leg armour in the game and remain a common mid-tier piece for players who have not yet moved to Bandos tassets or barrows gear. Because dragon platelegs are relatively common drops, their price is modest and stable, driven by the large volume of mid-level players who buy them as an affordable first serious armour upgrade.
