About Calcite
Calcite is a large crystal of calcium carbonate used at the mycelium pool on Fossil Island. Combined with pyrophosphite, it recalcifies unidentified fossils into enriched bones, which can then be fed to the strange machine in the House on the Hill for generous Prayer experience. It is dropped by Fossil Island monsters, mined from boulders in the Volcanic Mine, or bought from Petrified Pete's Ore Shop for 70 points. A members item worth a mere 30 coins.
