About Thammaron's sceptre (u)

This is the uncharged form of Thammaron's sceptre, a powered staff requiring 60 Magic that is dropped by revenants. Once wielded by Thammaron, a Tsutsaroth demon who served as one of Zamorak's key generals during the God Wars, it counts as a Zamorakian item in the God Wars Dungeon. The sceptre is only tradeable in this uncharged state and can be charged with revenant ether, upgraded into an accursed sceptre, or dismantled for 7,500 ether.
