About Rune felling axe

The rune felling axe is a members-only woodcutter's axe requiring 40 Attack to equip and 41 Woodcutting to use, created by fitting a felling axe handle onto a rune axe at an anvil — an irreversible process. It chops at normal rune speed, but while carrying forester's rations it grants 10 percent more Woodcutting experience per log and a 20 percent chance not to receive logs, consuming a ration each time. Guide value: about 12,800 coins.
