About Amulet of torture
The amulet of torture is the best melee amulet in Old School RuneScape, made by enchanting a zenyte amulet and requiring 75 Hitpoints to wear. It provides the highest strength and attack bonuses of any amulet in the game, making it the standard best-in-slot neck item for melee setups. Because it requires a zenyte — a rare drop from demonic gorillas — to create, the amulet of torture commands a permanently premium price, and it is one of the most consistently demanded endgame jewellery items. For serious melee users it is a near-mandatory upgrade and a defining endgame purchase. It is usually the first zenyte jewellery piece a melee-focused player buys after assembling their basic gear.
