About Aether rune
The Aether rune is a members-only combination rune that serves as both a cosmic rune and a soul rune. It is used to cast Death Charge, Dark Demonbane, and thrall summoning spells with fewer inventory slots. Aether runes are also required to create radiant oathplate armour, consuming 2,500 runes per piece and 7,500 for a full set. They can be crafted at level 90 Runecraft using an aether catalyst. With a Grand Exchange value of 300 gold coins, they are valuable to high-level mages who want to simplify their rune pouches and gear up and reduce inventory clutter during combat.
