The adamant super poisoned spear is an adamant spear coated with weapon poison plus plus, the strongest weapon poison available. It requires 30 Attack to wield and applies the highest damage-over-time effect on every successful stab. Because the strongest poison is the most costly to apply, this spear commands the highest price among the adamant spear variants. It is the preferred version for players who want a cheap but heavily poisoned two-handed stab weapon for PvP or longer PvM fights.
