About Abyssal ashes
Abyssal ashes are a members-only demonic ash always dropped by abyssal demons and the Abyssal Sire. Scattering them gives 85 Prayer experience, while casting Demonic Offering on three at a time provides 255 experience per cast for a total of 765. They cannot be offered at the Chaos Temple or player-owned house altars, so players rely on scatter or the Demonic Offering spell. The ash sanctifier can automatically purify them for additional experience after completing the hard or elite Kourend and Kebos Diary. Despite a value of just one single gold coin, they are a steady source of Prayer experience.
