It is made by attaching a felling axe handle to a 3rd Age axe at an anvil with a hammer, and this change cannot be undone. When carrying forester's rations, it gives a ten percent Woodcutting experience boost and a twenty percent chance not to receive logs, consuming one ration each time. It is a valuable pick for players training Woodcutting while saving inventory space. It can be safely stored in a mahogany treasure chest once the master clue interface is opened.
