It requires 65 Magic and 30 Defence to wear, and it is the only cape-slot item in the entire 3rd age set. Its price reflects both genuine utility — it is a real upgrade for magic setups — and the extreme rarity of master clue rewards. Collectors chasing a full 3rd age set and magic users chasing marginal bonuses both compete for a very thin supply. As a result the cloak stays expensive on both utility and prestige grounds.
